Rental Rate: $50/hour for outdoor only. $75/hour for suite & outdoor

Terms & Conditions:

There is a $50/hour rental fee for outdoor use and $75/hour for indoor & outdoor use, payable upon confirmation of booking.
Rental/booking time includes setup and takedown.
Renters must leave the space as they found it and respect the property.
Renters must supervise any clients, children, or pets at all times.
Cancellations require 48 hours' notice for refund or reschedule.

Please Note Before Booking:

Palm Meadows Farm is a working farm and private property with Airbnb guests occasionally on-site. We kindly ask all photographers, creators, and their clients to:

Be respectful of farm staff, residents, and guests during your session.
Keep noise to a minimum and avoid entering any private areas or buildings not included in your rental.
Ensure clients (especially children and pets) are supervised at all times.
Clean up after your session and leave the space as you found it.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of future bookings.
